He is indeed. And he's great, no matter what his sexual orientation is. My favorite intern is definitely Meredith Grey. She is the epitome of a typical human being. She represents both the good and the bad in everyone. In fact, she is the most plain among the characters. Everyone has a reputation to begin with. Christina is the tough chick. Izzie is the model. Alex is the sleazy guy. And George is the innocent boy next door. Meredith is just plain Meredith. That's what makes her the most endearing to me. And the fact that Ellen Pompeo is one hot chick influences this choice as well!

Meredith looks, walks, acts and sleeps around like a woman I know did when she was an intern. Meredith seems real to me so I'd have to say she is my favourite.
Addison is really growing on me. Wish Finn didn't have to leave :(
