the brain is the largest consumer of oxygen in our body, though it is one of the smallest organs .......brain requires lot of oxygen every minute and the availability of oxygen therefore infleuences the working of brain

when we retain our breath, level of oxygen entering our body is minimised.....As a result, the brain doent get sufficient oxygen and the thinking process slows down

actually thoughts do produce out of imaginary concept of mind which is the remote control for all actions. physically it is linked to the air which we breathe. so technically if you control breathing ..........

Maybe you're thinking about the fact you're not breathing, and how long you should hold your breath?
