please give me useful tips or techniques in cray pas drawing using black felt paper. i badly need it for my project. thanks...

You should definitely practice on some smaller pieces or scraps before jumping into a bigger project. Be careful not to rub the cray pas into the felt/velvet too hard as this will scrub the fibers off and the work is ruined- no way to repair. Also invest in a spray fixative such as Krylon Fixatif to spray over parts you are done with before continuing with another color as this will keep the colors true and keep colors in layers. If you are blending then wait until you blend then spray and continue. When the whole work is finished then spray the whole piece again. The sprays should be light and misted back and forth from top to bottom wait until dry and rotate work upside down and spray again to assure fiber contact.
Velvet works are normally done with oil or acrylic paint but luckily I have done the technique you mentioned and it comes out quite nicely and not everyone knows what we are talking about ;) therefore it is a rarely used technique so try to master it.

Look up any black velvet painting site. You should draw/paint Elvis.
