If you're the kind of person who keeps correcting yourself, and appreciates it when someone corrects you, you should probably correct others. 'Course, there's a way of doing it - constructive criticism, not destructive. The point is to improve yourself and others.

Shalom shalom, My late father who would be a candidate for the first Jewish saint, was a firm believer in trying to help people become the best person that they could be. He said something which I think is pertinent to yout great question. "It is not what you say, BUT how you say it." If correction is due and it is said kindly with a genuine concern for the other person it should be welcomed. Have a great day.

You are so right! We are all individuals, each with a unique sense of perception, values etc. So what seems right to us may be very wrong to others, just as what seems right to them may not correspond to our idea of normal. What we should do is remind ourselves that this is a great big world, others have as muh right to exist as we have and were we to all look the same, feel the same then it would be very boring world! So we should all make a big effort to accept and respect each other without proving disparaging or changing judgemental for non judgemental ... We'd go a long way towards making our life easier, not only that but making others feel valued hence ... Making their life easier as well!

Yes. I think everyone should try to better themselves and I don't think people should try to correct others while they themselves still do what they're correcting. You start with yourself and then you can inspire others to correct themselves.
I also think people shouldn't judge as much as they do. For example, when someone is rude to somebody they may simply be having a bad day or something, but often get thought of as assholes. I think people shouldn't be so quick to judge, we all have our bad days, we all have our faults and we should first and foremost try to improve OURSELVES. It's not our job to "fix" other people's faults.

We cannot change anyone else, but we can always change ourselves.
We should not comment on other people's behaviour unless they are asking for help, or unless we are responsible for their welfare, like a young son or daughter. We learn by our own mistakes, and not by others telling us what they believe is right or wrong.

Exactly. We should all look at ourselves first before we start to find faults at others.
