Hi - Around the waist jeans are normally the same fit as a skirt. Just fit carefully - does't mean that if the jean is the same waist size as a skirt you would normally wear - it's going to fit.

Different brands of skirt have different ways of determining size. In many jeans though, the size is based on waist size. Just out of couriosity, which religion are you from?

Nope it, seem that every country has different sizes, & different shapes to there sizes, & in this country they have a little of everybodys, try them on & check everything over before you spend the money.
