The digestive tract is very long so for a baby to eat & them immeditally fill their nappy it would be very difficult.

If the child is sick - & you dont need us to tell you that - you should visit with the doctor, or in more serious cases go to the hospital. However, its very possible that by eating the child is stimulating their digestive system & then filling their nappy with the waste from pervious meals...

If you are worried you should always consult a medical practitioner.

I hope this helps & i hope that the problem is resolved soon.
Good luck

It could be that his schedule is just that way. It could be that the food you're putting into him is stimulating the rest of his digestive system to make room by pushing out what was there before. If his stools are normal and there's no fever, I probably wouldn't worry too much. If he has a fever or abnormal stools, or if you're just really that concerned, by all means, take him to a doctor to be sure.

Could just be a schedule thing.

My 11-month old baby always poops while she's seated in her highchair. Always has, ever since she was 6 months old.

I figure she'll be easy to potty train because she already LIKES to go while she's sitting.
