Ooh, so many, music really moves me. I'll pick a few....

Iris by the Googoo Dolls - it just says about the unreality of some situations.

No Frontiers by The Corrs - It reflects my feelings about death - that no matter if a person is physically gone, they're still with you

Fix You by Coldplay - I can relate to the struggles of life and with trying to help someone.

Crash and Burn by Savage Garden - can relate to trying to help someone who feels totally lost and low.

Echo Beach by Martha and the Muffins. 'From 9-5 I have to spend my time at work, my job is very boring I'm an office clerk, the only thing that helps me pass the time away is knowing I'll be back on Echo Beach some day'
sigh
Summer is far away :o(

There are a few, but these really hit home:

Papa Roach: scars. Reminds me of a past love that didn't love me back in the same way

Seether: Broken. Again, heartache. same girl.

Chesney Hawkes: the one and only. The lyrics remind me of How much I loved my last job. (I have modified the lyrics to "I am an aircraft liney" *clean edit*)

"Idiot Wind" by Dylan - sums up the world & some of the people in it.
"Was he waiting there" by Howard Moss as it always brings a tear to my eye when I think of my grandfather & the superb guitar playing seems to speak my feelings.
"Higher & Higher" by Jackie Wilson as I feel good when I hear it & it reminds of when I was young.
"Alleluia" by Jeff Buckley - this Leonard Cohen song is just so beautifully sung by one of the most underated singers ever & I empathise with the lyric.

dire straits -brothers in arms.
my very close friend loved this song , he died waiting for a bone marrow transplant, when we were in 3rd year high school, but he asked us to play this song when ever we felt down so we could remember him and think of all the fun/ stupid things we did together.(while he laugh down at us)
we played it at his funeral.
that was 20 years ago, and i still play it all the time.
