Big Boo-Boo, You'll have to use them yellow, or buy new ones.
If you don't mind the yellowing, accent with some yellow towels, and yellow soap, like dial.

Due to the introduction of the chlorine concentrate (in the bleach) the plastic compound of the curtain has undergone a molecular change and cannot be corrected. Hand cream might prolong the life of that area as it will become brittle in time. Sorry! not what you were hoping to hear.

i'm not sure you can. Bleaching plastic damages it. You may need to throw it away and buy a new shower curtain.

Unfortunately you can't get it white again. The bleach breaks up the chemical bonds that make up the colour and this process can't be reversed.

OXYCLEAN.
Put it in your washer if it fits and run the cycle with a cup of Oxclean- not bleach or detergent.
