Enable NetBios over TCP/IP or Default Selected or not if not then select one of it (if disable Netbios is slected then u cant access the shared resourses).

You must enable file sharing on remote computer, then you can only access it.

Use one of the methods below to share files in Windows XP:

Simple file sharing (default)
Check how to do it here: http://www.home-network-help.com/file-sharing.html

The other type of file sharing is sharing with user/group permissions.
Check how to do it here: http://www.home-network-help.com/share-file.html

Hope this help...

You must have file shares setup on the target PC.

Quite simply if you have not setup any files to be shared, that computer will not let you connect to anything.
