so her wrists are cut right now? if so why are you on yahoo answers asking for help? and if she does it frequently, let everyone close to her know so they can watch her and seek therapy for her or medical help for her or both.

Self harm is a cry for attention. She should get into some counseling, maybe you could go with her, find out why she feels the need to do this.

It's a cry for help. Can you talk to her? If not, tell her parent's .
Or tell the school guidance consular. but tell someone in authority, someone who can help her. If you don't she will kill herself.
That's a heavy burden you have. But you must act now.

You need to tell someone about this matter before she really harms herself. Try and talk to your friend and encourage her to go for help, go with her for support so she knows she doesnt have to go through it on her own. Hope she is okay x

Tell your parents. They need to get involved and either tell her parents or the school. Don't be afraid. The adults will get her the help she needs.

as a friend you dont wanat anything to happen to her... its better to tell her parents and get her professional help...... coz you dont just cut yourself for fun.... ask her the reason for doing that.... and if possible dont leave her alone... mybe she has a problem she cant face so its her way of coping

Make sure she has clean blades, wipes down with alcohol before cutting and uses sterile dressings.
You don't want her to get an infection.

Ignore her attention seeking behaviour and either she will stop it or it will ultimately stop her.
