i was in the middle of uploading music from windows media player when it switched itself off. media player said there was an error trying to access a licence and now the player won't turn on, won't charge, won't respond to anything. i've tried charging it from the adaptor and the USB but it won't recharge. it's only a month old and it seems to be completely dead...what can i do?

I have the same one and this happens alot to me first take the battery out for a few minutes then put back into. Second the song has a licence becouse you have to pay for it. Try looking for another website were the music is totally free I like Morpheus.

The player should have a tiny reset button on it, use that, it should be in your owners manual.
