I removed the harddrive from my old computer and attached it to my new computer. I failed to keep it cooled down and it caught on fire.

There seems to be only damage to the power port area. How can I retrieve the information on the drive?

I assume the drive doesn't spin anymore?

Then you need a porfessional company. like this one

you need to take your hard disk to the hardware engineer who can connect ur hd to special machine who can recover lost data from hd.And believe me it works.Once the server of my company crashed due to virus, but the data was completely recovered afterwards. You just need to find perfect person who can make it happen.
