The classic 2 problems are they starve to death, and/or die from poor water conditions brought on by over feeding (often the wrong foods). The basic issue is that betta are so small they can't eat standard fish food. Even baby brine shrimp are too small. What your need to feed them is microworms, infusioria, or specialized liquid food for fry.

Separate them from the adults into a hatchery or a separate tank if you have one already cycled. You must watch the chemical levels closely as they will react much more quickly (and fatally) to changes than the adults. Food...I always feed my fry on "Liquifry" No 2. It is a very fine food in a liquid form. A couple of drops 3 times a day contains all the essential nutriens in a form which they can take. Even rubbed food can be too harsh for them.

You can't have two males, or a male and a female in the same tank. Siamese fighters, or beta fish, will literally fight to the death if they are kept in the same tank. The only time males and females can be together is if they are mating, and even then, there are specific guidlines about how long to keep them together and such.( you can google it if you are interested in breeding). You can keep mutiple females in a community tank, however, so that is a possibility if you want a community tank. BTW, even though males can't be in the same tank, your can position the tanks next to each other to watch the fish flare at each other. Just be sure to move the tanks if the fish seem tired out.

Keep them seperated from all other fish. and use flake food crushed very fine. ( just ue your fingers and make powder of it) after that keep a very good watch on chemicals in the tank, nitrates nitrites and amonia.

You have fry, which means you spawned them correct? Try this website: http://www.bettatalk.com/spawning_setup.htm

You'll want to scroll down to "The fry related purchases:"

Or this: http://www.aquarticles.com/articles/breeding/kick_beta-breeding.html

Good luck ;)
