If you look at the truly young teams in the NBA, you'll find that they usually suck.
If you look at teams that have won titles over the last several years, experience wins every time.
Michael Jordans and Scottie Pippen didn't win when they were young...they kept losing to experienced teams, like the Celtics and the Pistons... later on, they beat young teams in the playoffs like the Cavaliers and the Sonics...
Guys like Russell, Jabbar, Bird and Magic won both when they were young and when they were experienced... but they are the exception, rather than the rule.
Shaquille O'Neal and Hakeem Olajuwon didn't win when they were young, they needed experience.
Of course, T-Mac has never won anything being young OR being experienced...some guys are just losers no matter what.
Lebron's not winning anything while he's young, but he'll come closer as he gets more experience.
Even in international competition, we send young guys who are athletic, and they get their butts kicked by experienced teams from Europe or South America.

i think both! because if u want to win a championship u need experienced players such as shaq, walker, payton and mourning, but u also need a litlte spark on your team, such as wade and haslem, thats why the miami got the ring because they have experienced and young players!

FOR ME, IT WOULD BE THE YOUNG PLAYERS! BECAUSE THEY ARE THE FUTURE OF THE LEAGUE! ALL THE EXPIRIENCED AND VETERAN PLAYERS, MUST BE THIER GUIDING HANDS TO HELP TO BECOME A BETTER PLAYER! AND THIS YOUNG PLAYERS WILL CREATE A NEW AND BETTER RECORDS THAN THAT OF THE OLDIES!
