for nneurosurgery,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,u must at first pass mbbs ..........the undergrad level of medicine from amy medical college.for which u can sit for cbsepmt(forms are available)whose website is www.cbse.nic.in.
u can also sit for the entrance exam of your state.
as for genetics u can go for a bsc. degree .in bangalore there are a host of colleges offering bsc. in genetics:dayanansagar,indian academy,garden city.

if u r a science student then go in foe biotechnology from a good college like amity.
