my husband and i talk a lot about zombies we watch a lot zombie movies and play a lot of zombie video games. we have talked and no one in a zombie movie has ever seen a zombie movie cuz they never know what is going on. so my question to you is: if there were zombies would you be prepared? what would you do?

Ok since I live in an Island and it was filled with zombies, the world would be safe and we would be fd. Just remember the basics, find green, red and yellow herbs, spray cans and the new item: eggs. Go to the nearest gun store, rob it. Don't shoot any zombies and go to the nearest police station so I can get a change of clothes. After that find even bigger weapons and call for back up using the nearest radio, after finding the pieces to put it together. And never forget to put the shield on the knight to open the door to the basement. Use a boat to leave the island and start working after that for the CIA.

The obvious....
Rob the local gun store.
Form an army of the living.
Hijack some semis (Zombies don't do well with large vehicles). Add some armor (AKA road warrior). Load them up with supplies.
Head for the docks. Steal and load up boats, gathering supplies in the daytime only, move the boats out to sea at night.
Go the library and look up a small sparesely habited island that has been relatively free of natural disasters.
Before the end of day 7 i am sailing for my new home.
Wipe out the Zombies on the island making periodic raids into the zombie controlled coastal cities for more supplies.

are these zombies dawn of the dead fast, or shawn of the dead slow? I would first get to a gun store and load up everything I could get my hands on. Then I would find somewhere to hole up that has plenty of food and grab some people I knew on the way. Then I would hope the army was killing the zombies and if my food supply was getting low I would of course come up with some kind of crazy plan to get somewhere with no zombies that would end up getting at least a few of my friends killed along the way. Or since Im in the Army I suppose I would be out killing zombies until killed by zombies.

Being honest, I would run for it.
On a side note you have a good movie idea: zombies appear in a world where there are Zombie movies. People could start off boasting about what they would do and then: we find out who walks the walk.

I actually have a zombie apocalypse plan:
1) rob the gun store down the block
2) head for the mall (it has a sporting goods store with a gun department)
what I wouldn't give for the Dead Reckoning...
I sure hope they're Romero - style zombies and not remake zombies.

Funnily enough i had a dream about zombies a few weeks ago and to tell you the truth I RAN, i climbed onto a roof and waited for the cavalry to arrive..

Grab my knife collection, rob a gun shop, get a baseball bat, grab my best friends and lock ourselves inside the Pub we all live in...
Hey it sorta worked for Shaun, and besides, Im just much more hard core than he is.... so stop one, my bed room, get all my knives, stop two, best friends house pick her up (while making calls to all my other favorite drunks to meet me at the pub) step three, rob gun shop, step 4 rob grocery store, step five get to bar baracade us in and start drinking!!!
