I am pretty sure that you probably will NOT need a visa to enter Nepal, because it has special status, but at any rate I know from my friends, who have travelled in those regions that there is No problem to get a visa with whatever kind of personal legal document you have( a Passport, a driving license,etc.) and as to the price it is very cheap and probably if you need it at all would cost you some bucks more, at about 10-15$.

well, you dont need to have a prior visa to enter nepal. u can get visa at the airport immigration or at the border immigration offices.

Only a valid photo ID such as a driving license , photo voting card issued by the election comm. , passport should be in possession .....visa one can get on the border itself
