like... if i post someone's name, adress, and her pics on some underground site and say she is a whore or something bad about her, would i get sued by her?

Yes, you could.
If something terrible happened to her, like a rapist got ahold of her, and it came out that he got her address and name from you, you could be prosecuted on criminal charges also.
Why would you do this? Even if she made you angry, this won't make you feel better and could open you up to a world of problems.
If she is a big loser, keep in mind that Karma always works. It may take time, even years, but eventually somehow, she will get what is due her. But if you make it worse, Karma would be after you.

With a name like Caramel I would think that you would only be sweet towards others. But if you decide to do as you stated then you may need to change your name to Sour-puss or Lemon-drop.
As stated by others, you can get in a lot of trouble if you go forward with your plan. Girl, it’s just not worth it. What goes around, comes around.

caramel: Yes you can be sued by your "friend" if you defame her. What your action would do is tell everyone about the type of person YOU are if you go through with it.
