the type who are always quiet and boring, not shy, but just not talkative...i hate tha atmosphere, im not the quiet type but i dont want to pop out talking making them think im annoying...
what should i do?

Some people tend to think that being boring means they're intellectual! Honestly i've been misfortunate enough to bump into many of them. My only response was to be me and not change to suit them! I'd always be cheery, walk in and state a loud "Good morning" And when the occasion arose, say coffee time ... Offer to make it and ask everyone how they liked their coffee. They then had to answer! I'd crack a joke or two and give it a few days ... Someone would actually get chatting but then ... My partner reckons even trees would chat to me!

Maybe the people are introverts. Some people are quiet as they get to kow you, but once they do, they are livewires. Be friendly and open. Be friendly and pleasant, you might be just what they need to liven up the office.

make some jokes and keep your focus on just one person that you like the most to build your influence.
