Your foundation contains oil which require chemicals called emulsifiers to mix with water. It sounds like your makeup lacks emulsifiers.
Check the ingredients next time. A little virgin olive oil or even baby oil will work much better.

I'd still add the water to it but wouldn't give it in a bottle. If she's 15 months she should drink juice or water from a sippy cup and no more than 4 oz of juice each day. It's got a ton of sugar in it and if they drink a lot of juice then they aren't getting as much milk and water as they need. My son was probably 3 years old before I gave him full strength juice and now he only has one cup a day. Otherwise it's milk or water. If she still drinks milk from a bottle that's up to you but my daughter is 11 months and only drinks from a cup. She only has two teeth but we've started 'brushing' them twice a day.

there can b 2 things that would have been happened
1. ur foundation is containing so much of oil
or
2. ur foundation is water proof.

beacause the foundation is proabably oil based and water and oil dont mix :)

u shud off just added a really pale foundation or a mosturiser make up base..... water has jus rekd it.
