With the brains to go with it? A research professor astrophysics at a great international uni like Cambridge or SUNY in the USA.
Failing that, a research professor in human learning and development (more in my ability to handle, I can tutor lower levels of maths, but hate doing the higher stuff myself! That is what I am working toward in my second round through grad school right now!
For me life in an endless journey, with just enough money to pull it off, so why not go for it?

If I had endless money to fund my education as well as live without having to do part-time studenty jobs I would be a professional student. I'd much rather study than go to work, it's great. Especially if you have no financial worries. I would be learning languages and (you guessed!) I would be doing gap years in different countries. I love languages and as somebody pointed out in another, education-related question, language teachers have great communication skills. Perhaps out of hobby I'd also teach english to foreigners, in whichever country I'm in. I think I'd also learn linguistics because I'm also interested in the origin of languages and similarities/differences between each language.

It's not highly educated but I'd like to be a writer. I'm trying as it is but it'd be nice to have a laptop so i could at least sit comfortably while i'm writing instead of having to hand write it all then sit at the computer and type it!

Sod the education, i'd settle for the laptop and a great printer!
