Holy Water comes from the River Jordon where John the baptist baptised Jesus. As usual, you can drink water from a clean river. River Jordon is a normal river that has drinkable water. You have to find the source where the water came from. So I'd say drinking Holy Water straight from River Jordon is very safe but drinking Holy Water from the trays in churches is unhealthy. Because the Holy Water collects the dirt from the many hands that are dipped into it.
