hi,does any one know how to fix a tumble dryer band?i have a new band for it but not sure how to fix it..its a hotpoint vtd00

firstly do you have the right band? If yes it is very similar to a fan belt in a car. you have to loosen one of the wheels slide the belt on take up the tension and tighten up.simple eh? call in a handy person.

take the lid off, drop band to the bottom and work the band up

easy
u put it on small end first then turn drum as you hold band to big wheel
