If you're unhappy with your job, do everyone including yourself a favor and start looking for alternatives. For example, if the company is moving to a place where more jobs are available, perhaps you could make the move with them, then discreetly find another job.

Best of luck!

don't stay somewhere if you are uncomfortable there, and if you feel discriminated against. if jobs are hard to find, then start looking now. don't tell others at work that you are thinking about moving on until it is absolutely necessary, this can cause some real problems for you. on interviews, don't mention the real reason you want to leave this company, never criticize a present employer to a prospective employer, they stick together : say that it is simply because they are moving to a location you don't like. politely ask any prospective new employers to refrain from seeking a reference from your present employer until the later stages of the interview process. if you have previous employers that can give you a reference, ask them to do so.

Life is not fair. Jobs are scarce. Doesn't hurt to look around and find another one. keep the one you have until you do. Sometimes its tough to look the other way when you are the victim of an unfair situation. Just remember, no matter how bad the situation, it could always be worse. I know not much help but it is just a matter of choice. Whether you can put up with it or whether you can find another job.

It is evident that you are unhappy at your job by your posting. I would recommend you find a new one; financial incentives are not as important as your mental well-being. You work to live, not live to work.

However, if your financial situation is a major concern, remain at this current occupation until you find another employer.

You may also consider filing a discrimination suit with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) if applicable.

1. are you happy with your present job?
2. is your employer happy with your performance?

if you answered no to any of the 2, then you should move.
