Depends on certain variables like how much hot water there is. If he has to wait for the immersion heater to heat up again, this will greatly reduce the total number of showers he can take in one day.
Also, is he using shampoo and soap every time? If so, he might have to stop showering when they run out.
Is he to dry off between showers? If he does then this too will take up valuable time. Is he eating between showers or sleeping? Again, this will reduce his overall showering performance.
I would say if all these variables were taken into consideration and he limited eating and sleeping time, he could average 4 showers an hour.

That's based on the assumption that you are awake for 16 hours a day and that it takes you 3 minutes to shower, 2 minutes to dry and allows for a generous 5 minute break in between showers to eat, drink, go to the toilet etc.
I think the figures would be the same for a woman, cat etc (except they'd have more sense).

Depending on the following:
how dirty you are, what you have just done or the weather. without considering those things I think showering twice a day is very ideal. Mornings to freshen up and night to wash up all the dirt of the whole day.

does he sweat profusely,he is also risking washing the essential oils in the skin which can cause skin dryness and elasticity with too many showers a day

Twice a day should be adequate but there isn't a shower rule unless you have a condition that makes you get stinky fast.

Depends on how long he wishes to stay in it each time he gets into it. Does he dry off afterwards. Does he wet his whole body etc etc
