Counter Strike: Condition Zero keeps freezing..?

Everytime I put in Disc 2 for installation, it keeps freezing the whole Installation process. What's the problem?

Bad disk or bad data. Take it back to the store where you bought it, and have them try to load it.

happened to me also
i tried to install on other computers also but didnt work if it is inside the warrenty period the go to store
