I am a paraplegic man and I love my wife, we make love through oral sex. My wife is a diabetic , who is a little overweight. The problem is, is that lately, when I get ready to go down on her, I notice that she has white stuff in her vagina and I refuse to orally satisfy her. I know that this is a yeast infection of some sort, because she is otherwise a clean woman.
Sometimes, after a shower, she still has this in her and I will gently try to explain this to her. She gets upset and cries and tells me that it is because of a Iack of sex, and that that is why she has been having this problem. I am no doctor but, I know that this is not from a lack of sex.
My question is this; Could it be due to her diabetes? Could it be due to her weight with the diabetes? Is this common for women at the age of 50?
I love my wife but, this puts a strain on our relationship. I really want to get back to business if you know what I mean. Any serious advice for me?

Yes, it could be due to her diabetes but it's a yeast infection. Get her to go to doctors and get treatment. It clears up in 2 days but if you've only been having oral sex you should be alright. If having sexual intercourse, you need to get treated too because if not, once she gets it cleared up. You'll pass it back to her if you don't get it cleared up, because it can live on the skin. I think you're right that it's not from a lack of sex
Good Luck

Yeast infections are very common in diabetic women. She needs to consider that and go to her gynecologist.

Yes, it most likely is from her diabetes, but she can get herself all fixed up. It is not from lack of sex. Dont give oral sex until she clears it up, you will get it in your mouth, good luck to both of you

hi
sounds to me like she might have thrush.
Very common and can be fixed with getting Canestan cream from the chemist. ( just over the counter, no presciption.)
Ive heard eating yougurt, or even inserting plain yougurt into vagina can help to get rid of it as well.

goodluck,it's worth a try!

Ask her to see a gynaecologist immediately. Fungal infections (vaginitis) can have similar symptoms. If u are in bangalore, see Dr SIta Bhateja, Langford Town, 080-22210701
