Well, considering that he won his race by a reasonably comfortable margin (in a state that hasn't had a statewide Democratic official since 1992, I believe), I'd say he's definitely a quality challenger. Whether he's a quality Senator remains, of course, to be seen, but I have the highest hopes for him.
