I think so, since It's one of the top concerns on a daily basis, and are in the habit of safer practices, which go beyond just the use of a condom.They also have a responsibility to herself and to her clients to be acute & aware and not take any risks. A prostitute probably has many more check ups then a non- pro.
A one night stand from a night club in all probablility has been drinking, that can severly hinder her perception and judgement, not only will she not know all the precautions, but will be more likely to let it slide if someone didn't remember protection , or may not use it correctly etc etc. , there is more precautions then a condom to worry about. A good question might be "What are they?"
A prostitute will never assume that even a married man is ok or this guy looks ok, it would be detrimental to her buisness to make a mistake . And it is about buisness.

No, they are not more disease free. Prostitutes find themselves having sex, some times unprotected, with some real scum. Ladies in a night club can at least turn down the biggest losers in the clubs.

They wer 50 years ago when I was single. From what i have heard about 100-1 safer. They are more careful. I would be scared to death today to do a one nite stand. The problem now is pimps and cops. i don't know which is the worse.

Not sure. Both likely have a high incidence of STDs. In fact I once dated a stripper me and a buddy met at a bar, but only because my buddy made me (he was moving out at the time and pretty much talked me into it).
Of course I found out the night I met her that she had STDs in the past--strippers are too honest. She was the one calling me so I took her out once at my friend's urging, but never again.
Stay away from both trust me. Its a ripoff and they're not worth it.

A good portion of them aren't.You take a risk when you are intimate with anyone.It only takes one time to contract an STD,it's not always the promiscuous men and ladies that have them.

I don't think you can make or draw that line in the proverbial sand. I think it all comes down to promiscuous behavior in regards to unprotected sex.....there are people out there who have one night stands but who use protection.....and there are those who don't ....same holds true for prostitutes I would imagine.

i'd say could be or both could be totally neglecting their own sexual health and may have very srious problems. best advice would be to any guy or girl out there is always make sure he has a jacket on before hand.

I'd say yes in places that have legalized prostitution with testing requirements.
