problems with college (at home)?

Question

I enroled with thomson education direct and I had three years to finish my course, i sent all my assignments and they graded them but have no records of my work. I have misplaced same of them,
I feel there playing something,...they know that I work from 8am to 9pm (2 jobs) and
they wont the 3 year period to finish so i can pay again.
what should i do,is there a type of docs or union that i could talk to????

I don't know about any specific organisation, however you could try threatening them with litigation. Get a lawyer to write a letter demanding they recognise your prior achievements.
