First of all all cast reservations must be stopped. Reservations must be for poor people. The reservations must be for non professional education.

If the Govt. is willing to implement reservations why not reservation for Rastrapathi, Prime Minister and for ministers. That they will not do. I do not know why BC, ST & SC are keeping quite. Why not they demand for the reservations for Rastrapathi, Prime Minister and for ministers ???

Any way thanks for the good question.

I do not belong to OBC nor do I oppose reservation for OBC. What is important is that there should be a strict time limit. Reservation is an exception to a uniform rule, for whatever justified reason. But, the apprehension and it may be justified also that it might create a vested interest and these people will try to perpetuate it for ever. You have said that this is a referendum. What use the referendum taken in this site is going to be of? The people clamouring for it are far in number in the field.

No to reservation for the creamy layer. Even in OBC and Forward castes very poor and downtrodden people are there. U know how difficult to manage life for them?Just because they have born in that caste is it correct to deprive the benefits of the world to them? equality before law. ?The creamy layer in fact robbing the poor to have their life full of bliss. The Govt. should ban reservation to them. The best solution is ECONOMIC CRITERIA which alone can bring justice. I am an INDIAN by birth

I think Reservation should be stopped. Because most of the benefits availed by rich people only. We can think of providing other aids like free grocery and food items etc to BC people. But reservation should not be insisted into education and professional career opportunities. It is gross injustice to deserving people. Iam OBC and Indian belong to TN state.

I also wonder why government is deviding people based on caste. We study in school that deviding human being based on caste is injustice and sin and why government is doing the same? Is it because of vote bank??????????

I refuse to say yes or no, but I demand a seperate land for all the people who are NOT reserved. I dont believe in this stupid constitution which is a hodge-podge copy of British constitution execpt a few changes like calling House of Commons as loksabha or House of Lords being called as Rajya sabha
Where a person (I'm talking about Arjun singh) who is not properly elected by people sits in parliament and sends bill for reservation.
Where government has got absolutely no role in growth of comapanies like Infosys and they force Murthy to go for reservation in his comapny also.
Where whistleblowers die mysterious deaths. (IIT graduate Dube in service of PWD UP)
Where courts take generations to settle any judgement
Where farmers (food providers of India) commit suicides to escape the devils called repeat droughts and banks)
Where politicians are so thick skinned that even when they are nudged and shoved off from the stage, they say its a small thing because they want to be photographed. (Mr Pawar while giving the Champions trophy was treated very nicely by Aussies and he seems happy about it)
..................and
where when one Singh brings Mandal, one Rajeev Goswami tries to immolate and then lives like a vegetable his full life and dies. One year from his death and a generation gone Another Singh brings up reservation again, another stoking of the fire is done.
Let this country be given to all the reserved class and obcs so that they can capture all education institutes and all the government jobs but no hardworking and getting rich by sheer hardworks and inteligence people will not be there to boss around and fleece if a seperate land is given to all the people who are NOT reserved

all creamy layers should receive reservation according to their proportion in the indian population while the rest should be left for the common people. Do you think ten percent would be fine??

Absolutely 'no' for the creamy layer. Any reservation for them is a direct deprivation of the poorer among the reserved sections in the society.

No.Bcoz in India the divide is not between castes or classes but between the rich and the poor.Reserve seats for poor people not for rick OBC's.How do they justify that Lalu Prasad's children have reservation while my maid-servant's daughter doesn't bcoz she is a Brahmin? This is gross injustice.

General.(not OBC)

Its high time for us 2realise that these reservations shud be stopd,
wht kind of logic is this if a student secures 182 marks in medical entrance and other BC student gets only 120 and still that BC student is preferd more just becoz of his cast and than whats the future of our country?we will get doctors who aren't efficient or intelligent but they r doctors just becoz they r from backward class?

in every field every where jobs and admissions shud be strictly based on merit n efficiency not on cast or nething .
as far as fee structure n all is concerned only poor n needy ones shud get benefits n not the rich backward class people

It is our bad luck to have reservations in India even after 60 years. Most of the reservation seats are utilised by rich people in reserved class. It is bad luck to poor people in India.
