The ships that has route from Manila to Cebu are Superferry - its in Pier South and Sulpicio Lines in North Pier. If you mean enroute passenger, the shipping lines will not divulge information about the passengers, its confidential unless you know somebody inside to check the manifest or passenger's list.

Try going to http://superferry.com.ph/ That website contains a section where you can get the latest passenger ship en route information between Manila and Cebu City.

try searching from their sites.. check out this site... saw some ferry adds earlier, thats traveling from davao to manila, it might help.
