I think I'm unsteady in most things. I don't think I'm very confident. At all.

For a long time now I have had no confidents in myself. I wish I did. I am 46 years old and as I get older I feel less confident in all aspect of my life.

It depends, I am only as confident as I am knowledgeable. If I don't have the slightest clue what I am talking about, my confidence is shot.

no, but its something i am working very hard on...
I'm 24 and continue to deliberately put myself in situations that i would normally recoil from to help me here....
its helping and making a huge difference in my life- Ive recently been awarded a new job (promotion of sorts), new friends etc
Having said that- take baby steps and make sure you are around supportive people- I am very lucky to have landed in a job where we are like a little family and even if you get it wrong they are there (and now I'm leaving- whats up with that?- oh yeah next challenge in my life)
