Hotel management and staff should think as if the hotel is their own home. Think and act like your managing, cleaning and improving their own home.

this is when it comes to the rating of the hotel , some hotels have it all , but the price differs as well , it is always up to management to have the adequate staff and to keep in tight hold on all the services provided ....also ? which area is the hotel situated ?
have some of the employees speaking more than the country's language to accommodate the clients ..that helps as well ........
in some hotels ,they have a person in charge of going after all employees to check the work done , the dining, and all commodities offered by the hotel .

the hotel need to make ssure everyone can speak english
