Very underrated but extremely sexy is a woman's mouth and lips. Add to that her voice, if properly trained.
Hair is important. Nice hair is a very attractive asset.
Also, good legs are important. Nice and long and smooth.
I wouldn't necessarily rate either of these as most sexy. The figure and eyes are very sexy as well.
However not all women have the same assets. Some women whose figures are less than startling are very sexy due to hair or mouth or personality.
The total figure and personality are probably the main things that make men chase a woman. Not to mention that all men don't have the same tastes. Some men like a woman to be a little pudgy while others are attracted to slim.
And some might melt at a sexy voice. My advice to the ladies is--go for the gold. Try to get all of the above.

I find the sexiest thing is when a woman can make any date an awesome. I like it when it is just the right mood and a girl tries to make it really romantic.
