not yet he's still breathing

I think he's getting off easy. I mean, he's dieing and doesn't have to live much longer with the fact that he killed so many people. But then again I guess nothing anyone can do to him will make up for the lives he cost. I don't think justice can ever be served when so many are killed, but I also don't think that justice is over here on earth and he will have to pay for his debts when he stands in court for heaven... the verdict will ring the same, but the sentence will be much worse. eternaty in hell is where he will be serving his sentence.

That's not justice. Does Saddam Hussien deserve a death sentence? Niether yes or no. But what any considerate person around the world can tell is that its just a show being put up by Bush and his sidekick at 10 Downing Street. That isn't justice.

I always thought that we should choose one of the lesser evils, however, now I'm not sure who will be worst, Saddam or the new person who will take his place. Remember, America help put Saddam into power and look what happened.

Well I believe it was a great move to charge him with manslaughter yes and it was appropriate. However, I think sinces he's still alive its not "justice served" yet. When his heart stops beating and he stops breathing, then justice will be served 100%. Then its off to hell in a handbasket for that man.

No and it never will, he should be subjected to the same torture as he put other people through. The problem is the yanks helped to put him there in the first place and now they have to pay the price, of course its not the politicians who have to do it, I bet none of their kids are out there getting shot at. Its the poor bloody troops as always.

I am against the death penalty, and I am not going to change my opinion for Saddam. So no, in my eyes justice has not been served, although I realise that it is a bit of a difficult situation.

when you hang the man he becomes a martyr for the sunni minority...the situation in iraq is going to get worse...if anyone believes that the actions of bush/blair have brought stability to the middle east they are foolish and naive.
a new iraq should make a stand...hussein should be imprisoned for life...
