Justice implies an even hand,
that there exisist a real standard that applies to all.

this is obviously not the case in city to city in state to state.
there is the impression of justice, when a high profile case on tv gets played over and over.
but as for the poor who everyday enter our legal system,

it is not the same for them.
The rich have resources and connections we can not even imagine....

Neither get JUSTICE, the poor the whole world over have never been given such a luxury and from what I have seen of many high profile trials the rich under the US legal system simply buy the result they require which I hardly regard as justice.

Since the poor are still the poor I'd say it is something short of justice. And the rich are still rich so must be something more than justice.

The poor never get justice at all, it's only the filthy rich who don't deserve justice that get it handed to them on a silver plate.
The poor have to struggle their entire lives just to survive from day to day while the filthy rich watch from afar without a care in the world and could care less who survive at all.
It's a shame but it's fact though.

The poor should have more in law and the rich should not be favored by law. In America, justice tilts to no one unless those in power or the rich rigged the results.

I think just can be enjoyed by the riches only and on other hand law protect riches only. The world is of rich people only; poors are looking around and suffering.

American society promotes and encourages winners and losers, the poor being the losers, usually end up losing, in all aspects, justice, equal rights, etc etc.

A professor of mine told us courts rule on behalf of the little guy just enough to give us hope for our legal system.
