What are good haemoglobin levels to have whilst pregnant? I'm 37 weeks pregnant.

It should be more than12%

Ideally 12% or more . It can fall a bit during pregnancy so you gotta top up with lots of Iron rich food. Try beetroot , Bananas, Spinach. If you are going below 8% watch out - you need to take iron supplements.

heamoglobin level of a pregnant lady should b around 10 to 12gms/dl,for good heamoglobin level especially in pregnancy its very important to have good diet.for haemoglobinformation body requires iron.green leafy vegetables,jaggery is the best and cheapest source for iron,taking iron tablets wid consultation of doctor is not at all harmful.drink milk its good to make bones strong,and during labour strenght is required.
