Depends on purpose. If you want just pass some test, then there are several online guides that hit the basics.
But if you want to really get an insightful understanding of how networks work, then read and do the problems in Andrew S. Tenenbaum's book Computer Networks. It really addresses everything from the basics to the nitty gritty, and all in a way that is easy to understand. The latest edition is the 4th ed.
