Was that Anthony Federov with Carrie Underwood at the CMA awards?

I know they were on american idol season 4 together but is that who she is dating or what?
I love carrie underwood and am so proud of her. I voted for her so many times I couldn't count them all.

She did not say something fairly about Carrie Underwood yet she suggested "What" even as Carrie received an award they were both up for. i imagine it became lady Performer of the year yet i'm not positive on which award it became.
