if i remember correctly the very first song played is one week by the barenaked ladies. or if you're talking about the song that plays when Kat's car pulls up, that song is bad reputation by joan jett.

Probably. I was watching this show and it was showing how Miley's songs all have the same beat from previous recording artists songs as well. To me she's just some copy cat artists who can't even be original and make up her own beat to a song. Ughh she looks like a freakin chipmunk too.

the first song i remember hearing is the one playing as julia stiles is driving to the school. that song is "bad reputation" by joan jett, but im not totally positive that that is the very first song...
