Just moved into a new place and cannot get the central heating to work.

All I know is:

1. The boiler is working and pilot light is on

2. The thermostate is turned up

Any ideas why the rads are not heating? Thanks

Did you turn the Rads on? Should be a control at the bottom were either the steam or water enters.
Also pipes may be stop up from corrosion especially if the system has been shut down for a long time..

question-are the breakers to the electric service on for the pump?

next - are the valves open to let the water flow?
