I've own a cleaning service, and there isn't any reason you should clean under your fridge and stove but once a year. Dust, vaccum, and wipe with some bleach and dish soap in the water. Wipe down the back of your appliances with same. The rust in the toilet probably won't come ut, but you can keep the toilet nice and clean with bleach. Bleach is a good cleaner, just use gloves, and don't drip. Happy cleaning! :) Arum

It depends on how you like to do your cleaning.
A) Personally, I slide out the stove and fridge every week. I couldn't even imagine doing it once a year.
B) Vacuum the coils, washing isn't necessary.
C) If the dishwasher is built in, you can't pull it out, without un-screwing it, so leave it in its position. Do vacuum under and around it, as-much-as-possible.
D) If the dishwasher is portable, yes clean behind it, the same as the stove and fridge.
E) Turn off the water to the toilet, then flush the commode. The bowl will remain empty of water. Use a good coating of CLR on the stains, and scrub it into the porcelain, then leave it for as-long-as-you-can, perhaps overnight. The following morning, turn the water back on, let the tank & bowl fill. The staining should be gone. If not, it should at least be reduced, so now do a second coating, this should do the trick.
However, THE BEST PRODUCT IS: using a "Pumice Scouring Stick", rub it back & forth on the Rust. It will remove the stain completely. If the Rust is deep & wide a second application may be needed. You can pick this up at most grocery and walmart stores.

Before kids, I cleaned behind the fridge & stove every 2 months. Now it gets dirty more often and has to be done each month.
Bleach should be fine in the off white toilet.

Once a week is okay to clean under and behind refrigerator, use a damp
cloth to clean cords. Use a soft brush to clean coils and other metal parts.
The toilet sounds like a rust stain, use CLR can be found at the market or
any hardware store. To clean toilets I like to use a scrubber with a long
handle, it looks like a sponge on the end but feels like ssteel wool.
