That depends on your point of perception. To some people, women may look better, to others, men have a better physical appearance.
But the meaning of 'good' and 'better' is not stable. It varies according to the perception and interest of every person. But if you judge according to the general guidelines... women are beautiful, men are handsome. The 'better' is just a matter of taste and preference.

Women, most definetely!
We have natural curves...gradual slopes and graceful archs. Though, let it be said that a woman with oversized fake breasts or otherwise fake assets is far less attractive than a naked rat. lol REAL women are an unrivaled beauty!
Men just look a little...out of proportion. A physically fit guy looks top heavy. And...well....in times of arousal, there are things just kinda thrust into the air out of nowhere. Kinda makes you want to tilt your head and say to yourself "that doesn't go there....does it?"

Not to say that I'm attracted to women, but the physical form of women is very beautiful and artisitc, whilst a naked man looks almost awkward.
