Are you living in Singapore now? Or are you anywhere else that has businesses similar to the one you have in mind? My suggestion is to get a job in one and find out from the ground up what the business is like. Get experience waiting on the customers, helping with the printing, fixing the machines, setting up the computers, etc. Once you have the experience, you can make a plan to visualize it on paper. You will then be able to discover what works, what doesn't. I made the mistake of not being fully prepared when I started my business, and it cost me a lot of money. But remember that you have to have enough capital to start and to run for about a year or until you start to become profitable, and be prepared to lose the capital if you don't.

Lots of luck to you.
