Fonzie's original jacket was black, not leather and had Falcons written on it in yellow letters. From there he moved on to the chocolate leather jacket that received immediate controversy. He was then given a light blue cloth jacket. The rule was if it was in doors cloth, If it was out doors with the bike leather. The rule eventually was thrown out as the show lasted longer than expected. At any rate the answer is Chocolate.

I just did a google search on Fonzie pictures. It brought up 3 pictures. One his jacket was brown, the other 2 looked black. Seems he may have had both

He wore a brown leather bomber jacket in the earlier episodes and a black leather zipper (regular biker type) jacket in later episodes.

It was black and it's in Washington D.C. at the Smithsonian Institute's museum with all the Americana and pop culture. If the fight continues, jump over there and check it out once and for all.....and learn lots!!! Take care!!
