No doubt it is competitive world. But, now, any body with a dint of hard work and a little bit of intelligence is able to get a job. It is a question of enterprise and confidence. Gone are the days , when you needed some one to push you into some organisation and get you a job. Things are quite rosy, in the job market, for those who seek jobs.

First of all you wont get a job while your 15. It's damn near impossible to get a job until your 17 or 18. Judging by your English I would say you have a couple of years to go until you get a job. If you are older than 15, you are well qualified to work for a democratic senator.

Get your degree, while earning your degree try and get into internships so you can get experience and while you are there you can see if the company has the type of environment you want to work in.

Make friends with people in companies you want to work in and ask them if there are any openings which they could get you into.

Nowadays its a combination of skills both social and technical in your related field. Knowing someone can open doors just applying at will not.
