I have been reading about the middle east in American, German, Brittish, Russia, to name a few western countries, So far everyone of them has invaded the middle east at some point, all for resources, and each time they were driven out. Do you think the East has a legitimate reason to hate, and a legitimate reason to fight back as fercecly as they do.

Yes, they have a legitimate reason for hating any country for trying to take over their resources and for fighting back.

Sorry but historically the Middle East wasn't invaded for resources but rather for religion and to secure trade routes with China to a much lesser degree.

The Middle East has been deplete of resources until the 20th century when this kerosine waste product named gasoline became hugely important.

the middle east? nah, they need to look in the mirror before they start blaming others. every country in the middle east was sold out by its upperclass to which ever country took them as a possession. And it could have been worse! At least when the Brits and French took over they stopped slavery, and the beheading of people just because of who their parents were. Not like when your countries had home rule

All people have the natural right to defend. But hatred is just the equal and opposite reaction to the same. The real leadership and stability in any country are the peaceful people, the teachers and doctors and regular community leaders, who keep things going no matter what. The war you see on the surface is just a fraction of the real activity going on. Most people are just trying to make a life for themselves and their familes, just like you and me.
