This is a bit of a broad question but here is an example.

You take a math test, you get an F on it.
The next thing you want to do is correct your mistakes, understand the concept, and then study for the next test.

Life---- You go shopping and you max out on your credit card.
Thus, you learn that you should create a budget sheet and maintain your accounts.

So basically the best way to correct failure is to try try try until you succeed. Donald Trump was a failure, he worked hard and failed plenty of time, filing for bankrupcy, but he learned from his mistakes and look where he is now, basically on the top of the world.

One more important thing. You learn from your mistakes, and then you forget that mistake. That mistake is over, never mourn over it, or you will get nowhere. If you fail, you learn, and leave with the knowlegde that you gained experience that day. Never let a failure day let you down.

To turn failure into success, you have to understand why you failed in the first place. Then, you must take measures to avoid the same mistakes when trying again. If you don't end up reaching your goal after using maximum effort, you still have success because you didn't half heartedly strive for it. I belive that if people do their best, they can never fail. Learn from "failures" and grow from them.

I dont think so we can turn a failure into a sucess but insted what we can do is prevent futher failures. Damage caused is allready caused not its time to rebuild.
Try to analysize by answering few Questions?
1. what caused the failure?
2. What are all the things In can do about it?
3. What is that Iam going to do about?

Keep trying. Thomas Edison had tried a great many prototypes of the light bulb before he created one that worked. I am sure he had to experiment awhile longer to make one that would last more than a few seconds.

There is a light bulb in a Fire Station in California that has been lit continuously for about 100 years. The company that made it did not stay in business very long. They did not take into account that light bulbs that never burn out never need to be replaced. Thus was born planned obsolescence.

It is not so much the experience we have, but the memory of it (how we react) that forms what kind of effect it will have on our lives... we don't fail when we make mistakes if we take the lesson from the experience, and apply it to make our lives to become better people. In other words, just keep growing and you will have success.

Learn from your mistakes. Believe you can become better from them. Pick yourself back up, dust yourself off, and start all over again. Don't focus on the mistake, but rather be willing to learn from it. Nothing is a failure until you blame someone else. :p

Two things:

1) Every goal has an infinite number of paths to it's attainment. (You've tried one, now try another.)

2) As necessity is the mother of invention, repitition is the mother of skill.

You start over with a fresh attitude and work hard on whatever you want to accomplish and stay focussed on your goal. And do not give up until you have succeeded!
Good luck in whatever it is.
