Yes, definitely. There's also an Oriental lesson that "If you yohk someone, that someone's probably yohking you in return". (insult, curse).

For instance, there was a time when some girl was pretty and nice-seeming, or bright-seeming. Then she got unpretty, aged, and dumb over the course of a few months. Someone in her dreams was shown looking at her and her new look with a bit of disgust. Later one, she figured out that that person knew how she'd changed.
